Romaine tossed with handmade dressing and croutons.
Leeks, shallots, red and white onions in a beef broth with crostini and provolone cheese.
U-10 sea scallops pan seared with a tomato – bacon marmalade.
Topped with sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, pine nuts, garlic and capers.
Served with a mushroom cabernet reduction.
Served with a warm smoked strawberry compote.
