Course 1-Pork tenderloin topped with a prune demi glaze, served with a sweet potato
mash and brussel sprouts. Paired with the Silkwood Red Duet.
Course 2-Sea Scallops and Blue Crab in a white wine garlic cream sauce served in a
puff pastry. Paired with the Silkwood Chardonnay.
Course 3-Herb crusted, frenched lamb rack lollipops with a dijon cream sauce, served
with roasted garlic & brown butter mashed potatoes and broccoli. Paired with the
Silkwood Syrah.
Course 4-Duck Breast medallions topped with a red wine & berry reduction, served with
risotto & snow peas. Paired with the Silkwood My Way Petite Syrah.
Course 5/Dessert-Gourmet cheese and fresh fruit. Paired with the Silkwood Alicante
Bouschet.
