Blue crab, capers and shrimp wrapped with smoked salmon and a dijon sauce.

Poached pears, goat cheese, bruschetta, spiced walnuts and a balsamic glaze on a bed of mixed greens.
Romaine tossed with handmade dressing and croutons.
Leeks, shallots, red and white onions in a beef broth with crostini and provolone cheese.
U-10 sea scallops pan seared with a tomato – bacon marmalade. Paired with parmesan risotto and fresh sauteed asparagus.
Topped with sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, pine nuts, garlic and capers. Paired with a sweet potato mash and fresh sauteed vegetables.
Served with a mushroom cabernet reduction. Paired with garlic mashed potatoes & fresh sauteed brussel sprouts.
Served with a warm smoked strawberry compote. Paired with roasted fingerling potatoes and fresh sauteed broccoli.
Crème Brulee or your choice from our dessert table.
