1st Course:
Blue Crab & Wild Salmon Cakes topped with a bacon and tomato marmalade. Served with orzo and summer vegetables. Paired with the Sauvignon Blanc.
2nd Course:
U-8 Sea Scallops from Nantucket topped with a Lemon Beurre Blanc sauce. Served with risotto and asparagus. Paired with the Chardonnay.
3rd Course:
Prime Beef Tenderloin topped with a red wine reduction. Served with roasted fingerling potatoes and broccoli. Paired with the Cabernet.
4th Course:
Rack of Lamb Lollipops topped with a Blueberry Beurre Rouge. Served with roasted garlic mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts. Paired with the Red Blend.
